National Youth Convention registration and Youth Leader/Adult Chaperone registration includes admission to view all Fine Arts and Kappa Tau presentations, National Youth Convention services, workshops, the Exhibit Hall, and the Celebration Service.
AIM registration includes all of the above as well as AIM Outreach participation, all meals (Tuesday–Saturday), insurance while participating at the Outreach, AIM training, ministry materials, and one AIM t-shirt.
Fine Arts and Kappa Tau registration includes admission to view all of the Fine Arts and Kappa Tau presentations, National Youth Convention services, workshops, the Exhibit Hall, and the Celebration Service. (All materials must be collected on-site and are not mailed.)
A. Fine Arts and Kappa Tau should choose the Fine Arts and Kappa Tau registrant type in the online registration. All other students and siblings, ages 11 and up should register as a National Youth Convention attendee and adult chaperones can register as a Parent/Adult Chaperone attendee.
A. For the 2021 Festival, all writing and film entries will be evaluated on-site.
Four copies of each writing entry (with the exception of Children’s Literature) for the NFAF must be hand-delivered to the Art/Film/Writing Check-In Booth by the student or an adult representative between 9 AM and 6 PM following the completion of On-Site Check-In on Monday, August 2nd, 2021 (page 89, 2021 Rule Book)
Film entries for the NFAF must be hand-delivered on two USB flash drives (multiple file formats encouraged) in an envelope or zip lock bag with the student’s first name, last name, church name, city, and state to the Art/Film/Writing Check-In Booth by the student or an adult representative following the completion of On-Site Check-In on Monday, August 2nd 2021 (pages 38 and 42, 2021 Rule Book).
A. Approval for a refund due to unexpected emergencies may be requested only by submitting the Refund Request form at http://youth.ag.org/refund. Absolutely no refunds will be administered after August 13, 2021. Refund approvals are not guaranteed, and any refunds that are approved will incur a 30% nonrefundable administrative fee (page 16, 2019 Rule Book).
A. If a participant misses the selection of a category on his/her registration, he/she may add it by e-mailing nycinfo@ag.org through June 7 with complete details and payment information.
A. A Tentative Category Schedule and an overview of the week's schedule will be available mid-July 2021. Registration numbers may render this schedule invalid. Updates will be made post-registration as time allows. Plan to attend the entire event, August 2-6, 2021. Neither NFAF nor AGYM are responsible for travel or other plans affected by changes to this schedule. Actual Individual Presentation Schedules are distributed at On-Site Check-In on Monday, August 2, 2021. NFAF does not accommodate schedule changes for non-NFAF events, travel, etc.
A. No. Each category is an additional $20. If you are only in one category, your registration fee is $105. Add $20 for each additional category. There is no cap on the registration fee.
A. Due to the large size and limited time frame of Orlando21, special scheduling requests are not accommodated. It is recommended that all Fine Arts, Kappa Tau, and AIM participants be present the entire week (from On-Site Check-In on August 2nd through the Celebration Service on August 6). For your convenience, a Tentative Category Schedule will be available mid-July.
A. Yes. A responsible adult must be present on-site to drop off and collect your piece. No materials are mailed.
A. On-Site Check-In begins on August 2, 2021 between 9 AM and 6 PM.

A. Yes. The representative checking in should have each person's confirmation letter with a QR code to present at check-in. If a participant, Fine Arts leader, or youth pastor has not received a confirmation letter from AGYM as of July 2021, please contact the NFAF office by e-mailing nycinfo@ag.org. Please also bring a typed list of any on-site cancellations or a substitution form for all changes.
A. No. It is recommended that only one or two representatives complete On-Site Check-In for each church/group.
