A. For the 2021 Festival, all writing and film entries will be evaluated on-site.

Four copies of each writing entry (with the exception of Children’s Literature) for the NFAF must be hand-delivered to the Art/Film/Writing Check-In Booth by the student or an adult representative between 9 AM and 6 PM following the completion of On-Site Check-In on Monday, August 2nd, 2021 (page 89, 2021 Rule Book)

Film entries for the NFAF must be hand-delivered on two USB flash drives (multiple file formats encouraged) in an envelope or zip lock bag with the student’s first name, last name, church name, city, and state to the Art/Film/Writing Check-In Booth by the student or an adult representative following the completion of On-Site Check-In on Monday, August 2nd 2021 (pages 38 and 42, 2021 Rule Book).

Neither NFAF nor AGYM are responsible for travel or other plans affected by changes to this schedule. Actual Individual Presentation Schedules are distributed at On-Site Check-In on Monday, August 2, 2021. NFAF does not accommodate schedule changes for non-NFAF events, travel, etc.

A. No. Each category is an additional $20. If you are only in one category, your registration fee is $105. Add $20 for each additional category. There is no cap on the registration fee.

A. Due to the large size and limited time frame of Orlando21, special scheduling requests are not accommodated. It is recommended that all Fine Arts, Kappa Tau, and AIM participants be present the entire week (from On-Site Check-In on August 2nd through the Celebration Service on August 6). For your convenience, a Tentative Category Schedule will be available mid-July.
